Sales Operations Specialist@ Price Labs

About the Role:

  • Analyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth, and present findings to the sales leadership team.

  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and revenue growth initiatives.

  • Oversee the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and proper utilization by the sales team.

  • Generate and present regular reports on key sales metrics and KPIs to the executive team and sales leadership.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create sales collateral, tools, and resources that support the sales team in their customer interactions.

  • Manage sales tools and technologies to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Experience with sales training and development is an advantage.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Proficiency in No-Code solutions.
