About the Role:
Analyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth, and present findings to the sales leadership team.
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and revenue growth initiatives.
Oversee the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and proper utilization by the sales team.
Generate and present regular reports on key sales metrics and KPIs to the executive team and sales leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing to create sales collateral, tools, and resources that support the sales team in their customer interactions.
Manage sales tools and technologies to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Experience with sales training and development is an advantage.
High attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Good to Have:
Proficiency in No-Code solutions.
