Jr. Operations Associate @ Fresh Prints

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who’s interested in resolving licensing challenges for Fresh Prints. Successful associates distinguish themselves by being able to identify vital triggers that help us work with Universities, Organizations, and Campus Managers.

Expectations from this role:

  • Hands-on, foreseeing challenges to not only solve an issue but also to take steps towards achieving cross-team collaboration & data-driven decisions to prevent them from occurring again.

  • Willingness to engage with the Ops team members, Campus Managers, Licensing Coordinators/Directors, & other internal stakeholders to have meaningful & solution-oriented conversations for issues that have been reported.

  • Is willing to work during US business hours, non-negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating & giving feedback to other teams; solving order issues and improving Licensing experience within Fresh Prints

  • Checking on timelines and licensing-related questions from Campus Managers

  • Order checks/Data entry for reporting; Conducting Shopify/Group order checks

  • Assignment of schools if proof comes in from the client directly

  • Uploading proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses

  • Running analysis of operations data to give us insight on how to improve our processes

  • Giving real-time feedback to other teams and contributing to improving employee performance

  • Analyze trends in Licensing OKRs to implement data-driven solutions to meet Line of Business goals at Fresh Prints

  • The Unknown – We’re always looking to find new ways to improve and we want you to take ownership of projects & add value

Essential Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in licensing operations or similar

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work under tight timelines

  • Able to make decisions without direct supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive monthly salary of $ 400 to $ 800 (depending on experience)
