The Role:

As a Graphic Designer, you will work in a multidisciplinary team, and you’ll support our designers to create a strong visual identity for our brand on several touchpoints. You will take care of the creative and technical aspects of visual communication. Together, we will create a professional path for the continuous growth of our company and the figure in the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and TG

  • Reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted

  • Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind campaigns

  • Create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs

  • Create and oversee design and production of social media, digital art for ads, banners, brochures, website graphics, and offline collaterals like point-of-sale, posters, danglers, etc.

  • Create email marketing templates and animation videos

  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

  • You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to commercialization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of visual design experience in a product and marketing setting

  • Proficient visual designer and storyteller. You aspire to develop work that is of the highest quality.

  • Highly conceptual thinking in visual and interaction design and it shows in your portfolio

  • A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of consistency, typography, color, design systems, and attention to detail.

  • Experience setting creative direction for consumer-facing products for web and mobile

  • Experience creating and maintaining both product and brand design systems

  • Thrives in fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) environment

  • Communicative, organized, and achieve consistent results

Proficiency in the following design tools: Figma and Adobe Suite, familiarity with prototyping tools (Principle, Invision, Framer, After Effects)
