Description of the Role:

  • Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy

  • Design and execute our email marketing campaigns 

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop email content, graphics, and messaging that drive engagement and conversions

  • Consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates across the funnel

  • Proof and QA campaigns to ensure a 100% error-free execution

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance

  • Find creative solutions to grow our email database

  • Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key segments

  • Follow and maintain best practices to keep email deliverability high

  • Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with email marketing and funnel optimization

  • Proficient in using email marketing and automation tools like Iterable, Hubspot, etc

  • Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data

  • Strong time management & prioritization skills

  • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work

  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Details:

  • This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India
