Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating and realistic 3D models, animations, and visualizations for various projects. Your designs will be utilized in scientific video animation, cover design, marketing materials, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality and visually appealing 3D models, textures, and animations using industry-standard software.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, and writers, to conceptualize and execute design projects.

  • Interpret design briefs and translate them into engaging and interactive 3D assets.

  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects and adhere to project deadlines.

  • Revise and improve 3D designs based on feedback and creative direction.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of 3D assets for future use and reference.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to 3D design and rendering.

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role, showcasing an impressive portfolio of 3D design projects.

  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.

  • Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rigging, and animation techniques.

  • Familiarity with rendering engines and post-production software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.

  • Excellent artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Solid knowledge of design principles, colour theory, and composition.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and take constructive feedback positively.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly.

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
