● Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Customer service/Hospitality/Tourism/Ecom.

Skill Sets: 

● Typing skills minimum 40-60 words per minute. 

● Good Writing Skills. 

● Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality. 

● Analytical and multitasking skills. 

● Flexible with working hours. 

● Hindi & English fluency (Regional languages are a plus).

Roles & Responsibilities: 

● Manage large amounts of incoming queries. 

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 

● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 

● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

● Meet team targets and quality standards. 

● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution. 

● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 

● Take the extra mile to engage customers and improve customer satisfaction.
