Essential Job Functions:

  • Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company’s services to target customers in the international markets

  • Prospecting, qualifying and converting leads

  • Outbound calling to MENA, US and Europe for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team

  • Writing emails, follow ups, campaigns and CRM database management

  • Consulting services experience, plus open to dialling for other sectors and regions

  • Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities

Competencies:

  • Experience in working in shifts

  • Relevant experience of 1 to 4 years and proven performance records

  • Must have experience in working for Consulting/Tech services Business Development

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
