What will you be working on?

You will be the link between the Customer, Ditto, and the POC of the insurance companies. All operations related to the smooth process of a policy being purchased by a customer will be handled by the Operations Executive. You will be responsible for maintaining records of policies, updating the status to customers, issuance of policy within stipulated Turn-Around time, the payment process for customers, close interactions with Third-Party Administrators, etc.



Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operations, in a similar role, is a must (Minimum 2-3 years)

  • Accuracy and attention to detail are a must

  • Must be able to work meticulously and in a well disciplined manner and should be capable of following up with necessary parties on a regular basis

  • Proficiency in Excel is a must, basic statistical analysis and computer knowledge are necessary

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
