Primary responsibility would be:

  • Contribute to an Excellent User Experience

  • Writes about technical subjects for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension

  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed

  • Maintain and improve the documentation processes and tools

  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team



Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities:

  • Prior practical experience in technical writing and product documentation

  • Excellent written communication skills and command of English grammar

  • Command of current technical writing standards and guidelines

  • Understanding of the end-user and product technical details

  • Ability to analyze functional and technical specification documents

  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to research software products, understand requirements, determine functionality and design features, and communicate effectively to the user
