Brief on the role:

  • Conduct online live classes for the students
  • Build strong conceptual foundations for the students
  • Establish 1:1 connect with the students
  • Coaching & Mentoring students
  • On boarding newly enrolled students
  • Helping students with their doubts during & after live classes
  • Content Development
  • Responsible for Academic growth of students & parents’ satisfaction

Qualification:

  • B.Tech./M.Tech. or M.Sc./MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute

Required Skills:

  • Excellent reasoning and communication skills
  • Can explain complex concepts in simple ways
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Comfortable working in 8 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative)
