  • Call Screening and Monitoring for an E-commerce Brand

  • Scope of work – Listening and monitoring at least 150-200 + calls and writing important notes per day and submitting a daily and weekly report to the concerned Manager

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Candidate who worked for an international client or adapts and understands work easily
