One of our clients, College Truckers is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Operations Associate

About the Role:

College Truckers (CT) is looking for experienced, diligent and dedicated work-from-home Accounts Receivable & Operations Associate to take care of the company’s billing, invoicing, and collections needs. The person will take full responsibility for ensuring that the company receives payment for services.


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Create and process invoices 

  • Diligently maintain and update customer records of transactions and communications 

  • Manage billing requests and payment plans while maintaining positive customer relations

  • Create weekly or daily reports regarding status of customer accounts (incoming payments and accounts receivable)

  • Drafts all correspondence with customers in regards to collections

  • Report to Director of Operations

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Great attention to detail

  • Experience working in logistics (preferred)

  • Reliable and consistent internet connection

  • Someone who has experience in the Quickbase & Xero or can learn fast

Salary and Benefits:

  • Candidate must be willing to forego vacation or personal leave from April 25th - May

  • 30th and August 1st - August 30th of each year

Job Location and Timings:

  • You would work remotely for this role

  • This role would require you to work in the US shift timings
