Sales Development Representative@ Super Procure

Job Summary:
Super Procure is looking for energetic sales associates with excellent communication skills. You must value customer relationships and know how to drive the business forward. Leverage the full spectrum of Super Procure product portfolio and attain assigned targets.
Ideal candidates should be focused on winning, self-motivated, and a pure hunter. Should have hunger for new business success and be accountable for their goals. Must have a positive attitude and be known for being autonomous.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Proactively work to determine and generate leads, nurture them and curate the engagement with relevant messaging and account penetration strategy to establish high win rates and build a pipeline that will lead to successful conversion of opportunities.
Develop new prospects through referrals, networking, online research, and outbound calls
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Building and managing strong relationships with prospects/clients through all phases of the sales cycle
Schedule meetings and do product demonstrations to potential customers. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
Conducting/ Present sales pitches, product reports, and other valuable data to potential prospects that help them identify the need for the product
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Problem-solving attitude along with Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good in professional relationship building with new people and strong negotiation skills.
Hands on with presentations and excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in English or Multilingual is a bonus Learning mind-set and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Candidate should have capabilities to handle objections
Ability and perseverance to handle Large account management or projects
Ability to adapt, and learn complex solutions
