Customer Success Intern@Welocalize

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Customer Success Intern will work with the European and APAC Legal Sales Team and is responsible for handling regular transactional client business, supporting and shadowing the Business Development Directors, creating client meetings, and helping close new business in their own right.

The role requires a large degree of cooperation among Business Development Directors and other stakeholders involved in the sales cycle process. Some traveling may eventually be required.

Main Duties:

  • Development of an effective understanding of the Company’s business and services

  • Promotion of Welocalize’s competitive value and expertise in the legal translation industry

  • Management of key transactional customer accounts, working closely with existing business development team

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities and supporting BDDs with opportunities

  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers

  • Draft and deliver proposals, with assistance from the wider Sales Team

  • Develop and maintain key account plans and reporting that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales

  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Experience Required:

  • Experience in sales or sales support environment would be ideal

  • Good knowledge of the sales cycle

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Foreign language is a plus

  • Ability to build new relationships and maintain current ones

  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude

  • Ability to take initiative

  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Ability to adapt to changing work environment

  • Confident

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or master's degree from a college or university plus, related experience and/or training required.
