A quick overview of the position:

Who - Sales professionals with above 6 years of work experience in either FMCG, Retail, Ecommerce and/or B2B sales. Someone who understands industry best practices and is passionate to coach young adults by sharing on-ground insights and challenges.

What - Designing relevant and high-quality training material by identifying what’s crucial to teach, bringing in detailed examples, curating rigorous and relevant activities and sharing nuanced on-ground insights/challenges, unlike generic textbook literature.

What you will be doing:

As a Sales Content Strategist & Designer at Kraftshala, you will be a thought-partner with our team to understand the needs of our students and create relevant, effective and engaging sessions that will help young adults excel and grow in their sales careers. 

Primary Responsibilities will require you to : 

  • Collaborate with the Kraftshala team to understand the training requirements and learning objectives for our sales programs

  • Reflect and research to identify what's most critical to teach (without being limited by existing frameworks)

  • Design and develop training content, including course materials, presentations, case studies, assessments, and interactive exercises (our team will support you, here) 

  • Incorporating nuanced on-ground insights in terms of challenges and best practices, unlike the generic textbook literature

  • Curating rigorous, realistic and engaging activities so students learn by doing

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in sales methodologies and adult learning to enhance the effectiveness of the training programs

  • Facilitating training sessions, discussions and feedback sessions (post-content design) 

Note: This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week for ~ 5 weeks. However, we understand that some experts who wish to contribute won’t be able to take out this kind of time. Must Haves:

  • A successful sales career in FMCG, Retail, Tech Sales or B2B sales for at least 5 years

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and industry best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise and relatable manner 

  • Strong reflective and analytical skills to identify key industry needs, challenges and how to best prepare our students 

  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet timelines

  • Passion to coach young adults 

Good to Haves:

  • Experience in designing and developing any kind of training content for adults, preferably in the sales domain

  • Experience with large Indian and/or International brands
