Roles and responsibilities :
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring potential employees. You will also need to identify various sourcing channels and maintain relationships with different stakeholders. You also will be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end process of hiring along with a smooth onboarding experience for the new hires.
You will also be responsible for Campus Recruiting for the company which will include building a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy and creating a diverse student pipeline to deliver against bold dynamic hiring plans. You also will be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end process of Campus hiring along with a smooth onboarding experience for the campus hires.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Minimum experience as a recruiter: upto 5 years.
Source and recruit candidates across various roles.
Prior experience in campus recruitment will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in non - technical hiring is an added advantage.
Good planning and execution skills.
Excellent networking skills and ability to build a good rapport with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
