Position Description/Overview: 

Press Ganey is looking for a Support Analyst to support our PG India Technology group.



 Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Providing product support to client queries and requests.                  

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and work orders.

  • Monitor and indulge in Trend analysis of the systems.

  • Assist the Onboarding/ Implementations Teams.              

Qualifications: 

  • Entry level role: 0-1 years of experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
