Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound phone, email & SMS inquiries

  • Manage and guide phone conversations to bring a successful and rapid outcome: qualifying leads to pass on to our leasing agents

  • Understand prospective resident needs, expectations, and requirements and help them to make the decision to tour a unit with us. Your “sale” is made when the prospective resident says YES to take the next step

  • Track and manage leads coming into our CRM system

  • Support leasing agents and provide quick solutions to questions from leasing agents and prospective residents and our Resident Services Department

  • Develop deep knowledge of our rental process in San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles neighbourhoods and able to translate that into successful sales interactions (i.e., schedule an apartment showing)

  • Source new tenant opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, Agents, and other departments to assist in exceeding leasing occupancy goals and objectives

  • Master the art of effectively dealing with all kinds of prospective resident’s needs, expectations and wants

  • Assist marketing in lead generation on the Craigslist channel

  • On-board & QA new leasing technology

Experience:

  • Must have excellent phone and written communication skills

  • Must be high energy, sales, and customer service driven

  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Must work with diverse people and other teams within our department

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or call centre.

  • Computer and MS Office literacy (CRM experience is a plus)

  • Be fluent in English

  • Have strong communication skills verbal and written

  • Be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

  • Must be able to work weekends on a rotating schedule with the team

Compensation & benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $ 700 Per Month (Approx. Rs 58,000)

Details:

  • Ability to work on a desktop computer and heavy phone calls for 8 hours a day

  • You will have to work the Pacific Standard Shift (PST) from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm shifts from Tuesday to Saturday
