Job Description- Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management report and dashboard, with in-depth analysis of business performance

  • Work closely with various stakeholders to formulate annual budgets and forecasts and monitor performance against actuals

  • Support in financial planning & analysis, cash flow monitoring, and other areas of optimization

  • Analyses financial data and create financial models/metrics for decision support

  • Support in process improvement/automation to streamline and optimize reporting processes

  • Ensure quality and accuracy of financial information reported within tight deadlines

  • Other ad-hoc reporting & analysis to support business decisions

  • Other support to the teams as and when required

Requirements - Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/MBA or CA or equivalent.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Remote work – Singapore time

  • Understanding of planning and reporting processes in an MNC environment is a must.

  • Banks / Fintech experience would be a plus.

  • Have Advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, data tables, and macros) & Microsoft Powerpoint skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in the English language is a must.

  • Able to work independently as well as be effective as a team player.
