Junior Back Office Executive@Uplers

We are currently looking for a Junior Back Office Executive who is required to have good Knowledge and Understanding of MS Excel, Data Management and Google Sheet.
How your day would look like at Uplers? Role:
Assist and give adequate support to administrative personnel in their daily tasks.
Assist and coordinate with the IT and Inventory departments.
Rectify any inconsistencies in the Records.
Assist inventory control workers in keeping inventory data up to date.
Data management - Enter data into Excel/Google Sheet accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT inventory.
Coordinate with the admin/Inventory team for courier of IT Assets and Peripherals.
Fetching the data and preparing reports from the same.
Requirement:
Having a very good knowledge of MS Excel and its formulas. Having knowledge of Google sheet will be an added advantage.
Certification course on MS Office software is compulsory.
Having Good written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous work experience as an Office Executive (Good to have)
Must work from Office (Ahmedabad based candidate is required)

B.Com
B.Tech- Any
BCA
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office
Shift Timings:
10:30 am to 07:30 pm
