Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media advertising campaigns

  • Collaborate with the social ads and the creative team to develop effective visuals and copy

  • Monitor & report on campaign performance

  • Optimize ad campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates

  • Assist in managing the social ads budget

  • Assist in developing a social media advertising strategy

  • Stay current with social media advertising trends

  • Effectively and proactively execute daily administrative tasks

  • Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels

Requirements: 

  • At least one year of experience working with social ads on Instagram, Facebook etc.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Strong time management & prioritization skills

  • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work

  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40 of Night Shift Allowance per month

Details:

  • This will be a one-year fixed term position with a possibility to convert into a permanent role

  • This is a WFH role

  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST
