Job description:

As the Customer Onboarding Associate, you'll be a part of the dynamic onboarding team at InFeedo. You will be largely responsible for project implementation, requirement gathering, documentation, and leading the customer through the entire implementation cycle which includes configuration, testing, launch, and post-implementation support. More details are below:

What will you be doing?

  • Customer Onboarding: As part of a multi-member onboarding pod you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction scores by adherence to project plans, SLAs and delivering customer delight.

  • Product Launch: Discover all of the requirements for new inFeedo customers, establish the success criteria for implementations, and drive the project to completion.

  • Product Consultation and Adoption: Design and configure the appropriate solution, so that all requirements are met and that customer expectations regarding product use cases and functionality are fulfilled.

  • Project Management: Project manage different projects in their delivery lifecycle while being on top of all projects, effectively communicating with the customer stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between customer SPOCs and internal product/tech teams to manage expectations. Handling mid-market/SMB customers. 

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities for internal and external partners.

Requirements - Is this you?

  • Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role. You have experience with product implementation and handled onboarding projects of multiple customers simultaneously.

  • Qualification: Degree in Technology, Engineering or Computer Science

  • Critical Skills: Project management, Excel/Google sheets, Documentation

  • Managed and executed cross-functional projects within stringent timelines.

  • Confidently handled projects working directly with leaders of large enterprises.

  • If you know Microsoft SQL and have exposure working with integrations, that will be a bonus :)
