Who we're looking for:
We're looking for curious and passionate motion design lead who can visualize, review and create graphics for us. The ideal candidate is responsible for assisting content writers and designers in the layout and design of collaterals, including the creation and incorporation of graphics, photographs and illustrations, and other elements to create visual motion outputs.
Please note: As a freelancer, the candidate must have basic hardware for their remote workspace, including a working desktop or laptop computer, reliable WIFI, and a smartphone or landline.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide compelling visual solutions as a visual motion designer and debrief client requests into actionable steps.
Collaborate with the content team and studio team to deliver high-quality videos needed across various clients.
Brainstorm new ideas to represent concepts, video styles and mood boards.
Reviewing your peers, vendors and freelancers outputs ensuring it meets the client expectations.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in the motion graphic designing industry.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of video designers.
Hands-on experience in creating and reviewing marketing and explainer videos.
Must possess the ability and skills required to apply eLearning design strategies and perform this function from the brainstorming stage, planning, problem-solving, graphic layout and design, developing/creating, debugging, usability testing, multimedia software use, and presentation of content via a user interface.
Extremely organized, meticulous with details, and versatile.
Experience working with distance technology equipment and software such as video, audio, online/web-based technology, and software tools, and other emerging technology as it becomes available.
Strong creative abilities and skills along with strong technical abilities and skills in the use of computer software and hardware to create multimedia-rich course content.
Knowledge of and the ability to apply universal design for learning, and accessibility standards for learning environments, as well as familiarity with assistive technologies used with course design, development, and delivery.
Possess, and demonstrate the ability to receive and carry out verbal and written instructions.
