How your day would look like at Uplers?

• Create a campaign strategy that will help build an engaged community of talents and be responsible for bringing it to life.

• Manage, and execute various engagement programs. Planning, organizing, and managing virtual/in-person events, including catch-up sessions, learning & development sessions, fun activities, monthly meetups, local meet-ups, and workstations.

• Liaising with the cross-functional teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

• Monitor campaigns from conception to execution and measure the campaign's success.

• Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.

• Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.

• Responsible for maintaining a high participation level within the community.

• Launch community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, leading an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)

• Preferred prior experience working in Discord.
