How your day would look like at Uplers?
Implement multiple strategic initiatives across the community lifecycle, including prospecting, engaging, win-back, nurturing, post-placement, retention, surveys, and transactional emails, using manual and triggered campaigns.
Diligently the following checklist to ensure the campaigns are delivered right and are result-driven concept, code (HTML/CSS), and test email templates for campaigns using email onAcid or Litmus.
Pipeline management and constant interaction with the business heads
Creating HTML emails and managing email list databases. Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
Monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Develop and present reports on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Build relationships with Community Members via mails, and other platforms.
Develop and maintain Strategic Alliances. Retaining existing Community Members.
Designing and developing email marketing campaigns.
Working on all aspects of these campaigns' execution.
Ensuring a successful campaign by fueling the adoption and conversion rates driven by these campaigns.
Defining KPIs and performance metrics to track these campaigns and report the results on an ongoing basis.
Create, write, and proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Perform regular audits of how we can recruit, nurture, and maintain these community members and examine trends and email marketing techniques from other prominent global companies to gain insights on best practices and new inventive ideas for email marketing approaches.
Incorporate new technologies, tools, partners, trends, and best practices to improve overall programs.
Skills:
Have demonstrated experience running email marketing campaigns for a minimum of 2 years.
Worked on at least few of DIY ESPs (like Mailchimp, Autopilot, Campaign Monitor, iContact) and one or two enterprise ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, etc. in setting up campaigns and creating segmentations, dynamic content and reports
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated expertise in building, engaging, and analyzing a comprehensive email marketing database.
Expertise in creating email marketing campaigns from the ground up.
Good, standards-based HTML and CSS skills exposure on setting automation and campaigns for known ESPs.
Demonstrated ability to write effectively.
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
A good understanding of current marketing trends.
High levels of Confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time management and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Mandate Skills: 2+ years of strong experience.
