Operations Assistant (Stock Checker)@ Fresh Prints

As a member of the Stock Check team, on a daily basis, you’ll be directly responsible for providing accurate and timely information about the best supplier and the exact quantities of stock available for all the products offered on an order. The role of Stock Checker - Ops Assistant is high-paced and we’re looking for energetic individuals who can work at Fresh Prints in the long run. We’re on a remarkable growth trajectory and as Fresh Prints grows, you will too.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information for stock & suppliers at blazing speeds
Coordinate with Campus managers, BDMs, and Inside Sales Team and provide them with information on stock/inventory
Track delivery status of non-apparel orders once they’re shipped from our suppliers
Audit Printer Capacity Reports on our Printer Management Tool
Process sample orders
Essential Requirements:
Someone possessing strong analytical and organizational skills
Someone who is attentive to the smallest of details
Comfortable to work as per EST timings
Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines
Able to make decisions without direct supervision
Fluency in English and good communication skills
Willing to work in shifts

Job Location:
We will have an office in Hyderabad eventually but working from the office in Hyderabad is completely optional
Working Hours:
Working hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (US Timings) Monday to Friday; however to make sure we can coordinate across time zones we ask that everyone in this role be available for meetings/emails/hangout Chat etc.at least from approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (US Timings) from Monday to Friday.
