Business Development Executive@ Super Procure

Job Category: Work From Home- Full Time 

Job Summary:  You will interact with prospective manufacturing and construction organizations to gather interests & identify their Logistics & SCM IT needs. Leverage the full spectrum of Super Procure product portfolio and attain assigned targets.

Ideal candidates should be focused on winning, self-motivated, and a pure hunter. Should have hunger for new business success and be accountable for their goals. Must have a positive attitude and be known for being autonomous.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver revenue growth with acquisition of new clients.

  • Generate leads and opportunities, nurture them and curate the engagement towards building a qualified pipeline that will lead to successful conversion of opportunities.

  • Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails and Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Schedule meetings and do product demonstrations to potential customers

  • Building and managing strong relationships with prospects/clients 

  • Proactively work to determine target addressable market specifically in the mid market and large Enterprise accounts, account penetration strategy, relevant messaging and qualification criteria to establish high win rates and pipeline conversion to revenue.

  • Present sales pitches, product reports, and other valuable data to potential prospects that help them identify the need for the product

  • Develop new prospects through referrals, networking, online research, and outbound calls

  • Manage leads in CRM and send out Daily Sales Reports and Customer MIS

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall solution is positioned, deployed and supported.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completed Engineering /Masters Degree.

  • Experience of 1-2 years with proven track record in SAAS industry, Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience is a plus

  • Should have worked in B2B SAAS / Tech sales and have done outbound sales development

  • Specific knowledge, understanding and experience targeting the mid market and enterprise customers in the Manufacturing and Logistics industry.

  • Proven track record of consistently generating leads and meeting/exceeding qualified pipeline generation quotas

  • Problem-solving aptitude along with Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good in professional relationship building with new people and strong negotiation skills.

  • Hands on with presentations and excel.

  • Proficiency in English or Multilingual is a bonus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
