Job Description:

This is a remote position.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for a spectrum of roles and levels in the company

• Find, hire and engage talented candidates and build a strong employer brand

• Connect with hiring managers to understand the responsibilities for open positions and desired attributes in potential hires

• Drive the full recruiting cycle (phone/in-person interviews, communicate status, understand candidate’s interest to change employer, partner on candidate selection/offer, closing candidates, schedule start dates, and coordinate all follow-up efforts)

• Provide innovative sourcing approaches to staffing challenges and execute ideas for improvements. Implement and manage varied methods of sourcing candidates – ensuring source mix optimization

• Utilize ATS extensively to update and maintain the applicant tracking system. Maintain reports and metrics on a regular basis

• Develop a thorough understanding of Yocket employee value proposition and ensure the same is used widely in identifying the right candidate

• Provide direction to managers of all levels on staffing decisions, legal issues regarding hiring practices, development of selection criteria and implementation of selection process

• Work closely with the Manager to lead the recruiting organization to improve and scale processes

• Actively solicits feedback on customer satisfaction on a regular basis

• Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements

• Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of candidates

• Tie-up with vendors for hiring through external stakeholders



Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant talent acquisition experience

• Hands-on experience with online portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. and social media hiring

• Excellent understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Recruiting experience for a corporate is required and previous experience in a staffing agency preferred

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Thorough knowledge of corporate IT operations and the ability to translate business needs into recruitment strategies and actions

• Ability to assess the depth and breadth of the candidate’s technical background


• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of legal implications in hiring, relocation, immigration process and compensation guidelines
