We're seeking an Employer Branding Team Lead for the North America Talent Attraction & Sourcing team, and if this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll activate our employer value proposition and create compelling messages that represent the motivations of our target audiences, so they know why we're an employer of choice. This includes ensuring consistency in our look, feel, and voice by governing brand and EVP standards, owning our content calendar, overseeing design and video creation, and amplifying employee ambassadors. You'll copy, edit and approve social media posts and advertisements, and your messaging will support our hiring goals by converting website visitors and social followers into job applicants. You will also liaise with internal communications and HR to participate in content planning and educate the Talent Acquisition team on the company's brand voice. You'll keep abreast of grammar and style guidelines, and journalistic and social media trends to ensure we're represented well, externally. And you'll work within our CRM, ATS, and social media tools to execute upon the aforementioned activities.

Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
You're a strong writer, creator of long and short form content, and grammar and vocabulary subject matter expert
You collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communications, and the Business to amplify employee stories, extending our reach and influencing candidates while on their journey
You have experience contributing to an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent content flow; repurposing content to fill in production gaps; resourcefully finding and curating content that’s relevant to candidates; interviewing and ghost-writing to gather authentic stories
You can teach and empower your team members and employee advocates to tell our story effectively, consult stakeholders and share insights regarding key performance indicators
You have a bachelor's degree, and have had a career in Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing or Marketing, Communications, or Recruiting You have a bachelor's degree, and have had a career in Recruitment Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Recruiting
