Job Description:

  • Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges

  • Identify & Approach Key Decision makers with the Prospects

  • Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects

  • Send 30 to 40 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers

  • Make 30 to 40 Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects

  • Create an Email Template Library

  • Send Linkedin Requests & In mails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success

  • Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities

  • Report to Team Leader

  • Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report

  • Be a part of the Meetings suggested by Pod Manager


Requirements:
  • 1-2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing Lead Generation

  • A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute

  • Bachelors with Technology or Commerce Background

  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre call planning, call control, account development, and time management

  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers

  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • High level of integrity and work ethic

  • Experience with customer relationship management software
