Customer Support Executive @ Super Procure

Job Category: Work From Home - Full Time 



We are looking for an Operations executive who will be responsible for smooth functioning and can facilitate the onboarding and implementation process, and will have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.

  • Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.

  • Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.

  • Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors /Masters Degree in relevant fields

  • Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)

  • Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.

  • Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail

  • We look for people with Empathy, Passion, Persistence, and Ability to learn new things.
