We are looking for our next Field Sales Superstar to join our Sales Team in India. This is a full-time role in our team. If you feel the role would be perfect for your next career move we would love to hear from you! 

What does the Field Sales Team do? 

The field sales team is a high-performing team of experienced Account Managers focused on helping grow Yahoo revenue across all platforms. (Including Brand, Programmatic, Audience, and Native). The Sales Associate's goal is to achieve set commercial objectives (revenue and otherwise) in correspondence with your client and Team patch. To lead the development and day-to-day management of key native, audience and programmatic accounts across trading desks, agencies and direct clients. Support the GSM and manage the follow on outcomes as a result of the sales attainment process.

What will my job look like on the regular?
  • The candidate will be accountable for revenue targets from the assigned agencies/categories

  • The candidate is expected to build strong multi-level relationships with clients/agencies to sell Yahoo’s existing products and the new portfolio of products introduced by the company

  • The candidate should develop new advertisers to drive revenue growth

  • Key expectation will be to communicate and coordinate efficiently with the teams internally for customised client solutions, and campaign execution

What skills will you require? 

  • Graduation with MBA (preferred)

  • You must have experience selling digital ad-tech platforms, if you do not have this experience you will not be considered for this position

  • Minimum 3 years of digital media experience, across selling and account management

  • Passion for technology, advertising sales and servicing clients

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily

  • Problem identifier and solver

  • Ability to multitask
