What You will be Doing:

Kraftshala runs training programs for working professionals, graduates, and business school students. As an Inside Sales Associate - Recruiter Partnerships, you would be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. If you draw energy and satisfaction by researching and generating potential leads and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Research, target, and create new job opportunities with recruiters

  • Develop targeted messaging to engage potential companies and relevant POCs

  • Call leads, send emails, Follow-up and convert them into prospects

  • Building Rapport with clients through value-additive & engaging communication.

  • Using various social media platforms for communication/networking

  • Qualify prospects by understanding batch requirements and placement goals

  • Update CRM system with all new leads and related communications


Must-Have Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development or client facing roles

  • Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing with the ability to think on one’s feet

  • High accountability and responsibility to ensure flawless execution on a day-to-day basis

  • A user-focussed mind-set to execute activities to deliver an outstanding experience to all stakeholders

  • Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with clients, understand & solve their challenges

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort with the general usage of tools and technologies that support process automation

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results to independently manage placements process operations

  • Good attention to detail

Good to Have Skills: 

  • A structured approach to problem-solving, which involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to the solutions

  • Experience of content writing will be a plus
