Respond to client emails
Research, identify, and resolve customer queries and complaints
Accounts Payable - Entering supplier/client invoices
Accounts Receivable – Generating and sending invoices
Ensure all data is entered into our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
General assistance to the Strata Manager and other administration duties
Other secretarial and ad hoc duties
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to details
Great Analytical and Problem-solving ability
Quick learner, Quick thinker
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel
Strong planning and coordinating skills
Can do attitude
Exposure to working with International clients
