Description: 

  • Respond to client emails

  • Research, identify, and resolve customer queries and complaints

  • Accounts Payable - Entering supplier/client invoices

  • Accounts Receivable – Generating and sending invoices

  • Ensure all data is entered into our systems in an accurate and timely manner.

  • General assistance to the Strata Manager and other administration duties

  • Other secretarial and ad hoc duties

Skills Required:
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to details

  • Great Analytical and Problem-solving ability

  • Quick learner, Quick thinker

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel

  • Strong planning and coordinating skills

  • Can do attitude

  • Exposure to working with International clients
