Job Responsibilities:

 We are seeking highly motivated individuals for our Staffing and Recruitment Team

  • Responsible for hiring across positions
  • Manage end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs from    Manager(s) and Senior Management for all vacancies
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job Specifications for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; coaching and counseling hiring managers on candidate selection; analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes in hiring strategy
  • Developing a common company branding message on social media and train HR executives in updating sales pitches to attract talent to the organization.
  • To build, develop and maintain relationship with the candidates, other HR team members and Hiring Managers for efficient discharge of duties

  • Experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle processes recruiting IT Infrastructure related positions is must
  • Phone Skills, recruiting skills, Interviewing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Result Driven
  • Knowledge on Mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
  • Ability to screen candidates for cultural and personality fitment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skill
  • Excellent influential and interpersonal skills with people at all levels
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
